Buses/Trains to Rotherham
The main Rotherham Bus and Train stations are both within 10 minutes walking time of the stadium. We would recommend this as a travel options for fans where possible. Once exiting the bus/train station there is ample pedestrian signage to direct you to the stadium.
Matchday Parking
There will be no public parking at the stadium on the day of a match for either home or away fans. Please take this into consideration when arriving by car for a game. There is an NCP Car Park in the town centre, and a pay and display car park located on Sheffield Road, both within 10 minutes walk to the stadium.
Only pre-arranged spaces in the car park will be reserved for travelling press, directors and staff.

On non-matchdays the stadium car park is open to customers who are using the Red and White Shop and club ticket office.
The Stands
This stand is ideal for anyone visiting the ground with young children and families and has been specifically designed with their needs in mind. This stand is directly opposite the main stand and offers fantastic views of the match. This stand also has a zero tolerance rule on bad and aggressive behaviour in order to make it a great place for families to watch the match and has been designed as such following the guidelines set out in the “Enjoy the Match” Football League campaign. In addition to all this it is also where Miller Bear will be entertaining the crowd during the game. It’s also the only stand in the ground where under 8s can attend for a special price, if accompanied by a full paying adult or senior. The club have also successfully opened two new matchday kiosks for the 2015/16 season on the exterior of the Ben Bennett East Family Stand to help with queue management.
KCM Recycling North Stand
This stand is specifically aimed at attracting our most enthusiastic and vocal fans who like to sing and generally make as much noise as possible behind the goal.
Eric Twigg Pukka Pies West Stand
This is the main stand of the ground and where you’ll find the main reception, club shop and home ticket office. It’s also where you’re likely to see the players and management team entering the ground. It also has arguably the best views of the pitch and is where the Chairman and other club directors sit.
Mears South Stand
This stand is exclusively for away supporters directly opposite the KCM North Stand and is where the away ticket office is located.
AESSEAL New York Stadium is host to a variety of events, ranging from wedding fayres to after dinner speaking by some of the biggest names in sport and entertainment. AESSEAL New York Stadium has hosted Frank Bruno, Ray Parlour, Sugar Ray Leonard, Dean Saunders, Matt Le Tissier, Jan Molby, Lee Sharpe and much more. Comedian Billy Pearce includes New York as one of the dates on his nationwide tour, whilst it is hosting birthday parties, weddings and a real ale festival.

If you’re coming to AESSEAL New York Stadium, why not make a day of it and visit the town centre and other nearby attractions.
Rotherham is a thriving borough in South Yorkshire, home to over 250,000 residents and part of a large borough (118 square miles), which is 70% rural with beautiful countryside and picturesque villages only a short journey away. At the heart of the borough is the town centre, an attractive, compact location with pedestrianised shopping areas overlooked by the magnificent Rotherham Minster. Rotherham Town Centre is a bustling and vibrant place to shop with over 400 businesses including a mixture of high street favourites, small independent retailers, cafes and restaurants, as well as lively indoor and outdoor markets. If you fancy a full on shopping trip then Rotherhams Parkgate Shopping offers great shops approximately only one mile north of Rotherham town centre. Shops include Marks and Spencer, Next, Sports Direct and many more.
If you’re looking for somewhere to eat then we have all the high street outlets including McDonalds, Subway, Greggs and KFC. However, if you’re looking for a sit down meal and a drink then there are a number of traditional pubs in town including a JD Wetherspoons right in the heart of the town centre.

Miller Bear - Miller Bear is Rotherham United's official club mascot and attends all home matches at AESSEAL New York Stadium. Miller Bear will be outside the stadium from 1.45pm at a 3pm home kick off, before entertaining families during the game in front of the Ben Bennett Family Stand.
