The March nominations for the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month Award are...

Rotherham United manager Neil Warnock has been nominated for the Sky Bet Manager of the Month award for March.

The Millers were unbeaten for the month of March, with Warnock leading his side to three wins and one draw in his four games in charge.

Warnock presided over victories against promotion chasing sides Sheffield Wednesday, Ipswich Town and Middlesbrough, whilst the Millers also staged a dramatic comeback to come from three goals down to draw 3-3 with Derby County at AESSEAL New York Stadium.

Warnock is up against Sean Dyche of Burnley, Russell Slade of Cardiff and Steve Evans of Leeds United for the coveted award. The winners will be announced on Friday 8th April.

Here are the shortlists in full:

Sean Dyche (Burnley)
Another seamless month as Dyche’s men extended their lead atop the Championship by collecting 10 points from a possible 12. He also guaranteed hero worship at Turf Moor by masterminding a 1-0 win over fierce rivals Blackburn Rovers.

Steve Evans (Leeds United)
Three wins from four games eased relegation worries at Elland Road. Has dealt admirably with internal and external expectation in West Yorkshire while encouraging his young players to express themselves and attack with freedom.

Russell Slade (Cardiff City)
Calmness under fire has been his signature this season. Blending together a squad when players are sold is not easy, but Slade has done so with an assurance that saw his side garner seven points from four games.

Neil Warnock (Rotherham United)
More used to winning promotion than staving off relegation, he instilled a collective steel in his players to secure 10 points from four games. Wins over Middlesbrough and Sheffield Wednesday helped lift Rotherham out of the bottom three.

ALL WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON FRIDAY APRIL 8 2016

The judging panel comprises former Ipswich Town manager George Burley, Sky Sports’ Football League expert Don Goodman; Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson; League Managers’ Association Director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet Football Trading Manager Paul Lowery.
