Help the Academy and grab a shirt...
Here’s your last chance to get your hands on two Rotherham United shirts, signed by the squad that won promotion to the Championship at Wembley, with the deadline approaching tomorrow.
Garreth Barker, Academy Manager has a home and away shirt that will be available in a silent auction, to fund a trip for the academy this summer.
“This is a four-day tournament which will be really beneficial to our Under 12s,” Barker told www.themillers.co.uk. “It’s a big thing at a young age to go away and play competitive football but it will boost their togetherness and hopefully help us to produce the next generation of young Millers. For many, this will be the first time they spend a period of time away from home, so to make this easier we want to take them to the cinema one night.”
If you would like to get your hands on the shirts, just email gbarker@rotherhamunited.net with your bid with either “Home shirt auction” or “Away shirt auction” in the subject banner before 5pm on Wednesday 25th June. The highest bid received for both shirts will be notified by email after the deadline passes.
