Rotherham United

Rotherham United defender Richard Brindley has joined Colchester United on an emergency loan until the end of the season.

The right back, who has featured four times for the Millers in league and cup competitions this season, joins the Sky Bet League One outfit for the remainder of the 2014/15 campaign.

Brindley has previously had loan spells with Scunthorpe United and Oxford United this season and will join the U’s as they look to retain their place in the third tier.
