Position at the trust: NCS Assistant officer
Having recently graduating from Northumbria University with a first class degree in BA Hons Performance, Rachael spent time travelling around South East Asia which had always been a dream of hers. Enjoying different cultures and experiences she’s glad she took this time away following an intense university degree.
Rachael is a motivated individual keen to develop and willing to work hard in order to achieve. From being on a physically demanding course at university, she is excited to work in an energetic and performance-driven environment. Having over two years’ experience working on the NCS programme she is very passionate about the opportunity it gives young people, and feels privileged to have a role in that. Rachael’s goal in life is to have a positive role in inspiring young adults and we feel she will be a great addition to our very successful NCS team. With her Bubbly vivacious personality she hopes to bring fresh and exciting ideas, adding to the progression of our program. From doing performance at university she brings a fun artistic flare, being a confident and outgoing young individual she thrives off working in a fast paced environment collaborating with other individuals within a team. She hopes to be a good role model to participants undertaking the NCS program, broadening their horizons helping them become aware of the opportunities that are available for them.
