Caretaker manager Paul Warne has called on the Rortherham United supporters to raise the roof at Burton - with just under 400 tickets still available for tomorrow’s clash.

There will now be a limited number of standing tickets available on the day, following increased sales over the past 24 hours after the former striker’s passionate pre-match press conference, where he called on the fans for their continued support as he looks to turn around the Millers’ fortunes.

“I know that the fans will support the lads, but please be as vocal as you can,” Warne told Millers Player HD.

“I just want to obviously say I hope you enjoy the game, but please get behind the lads.

“The difference it makes when the crowd get on your side is amazing. The away following are always brilliant, but when we play the likes of Newcastle at home and our fans have something to sing against, the atmosphere is amazing.

“It is a massive bonus to the lads. If you can just get another 10% out of a player by praising them, I hope that you will get it back in spades.”

Tickets are on sale now online and at the ticket office at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
