The Millers complete signing number seven...

Rotherham United have completed the loan signing of Scott Allan from Celtic, subject to EFL, FA and International clearances.

The midfielder has agreed a loan deal until the end of the season after successfully passing a medical this morning.

The former Hibernian midfielder is reunited with boss Alan Stubbs following their time together at Easter Road.

The 24-year-old Glaswegian started his career at Dundee United before earning his big move to West Bromwich Albion in 2012.

He had a number of loan spells during his time at The Hawthorns with the likes of Portsmouth, MK Dons and Birmingham City before moving back to Scotland to sign for Hibs in 2014.

He starred under Stubbs which earned him a big move once again to Scottish giants Celtic in 2015.

After limited game time at Parkhead, he has taken the opportunity to try his hand in England once again after agreeing terms with the Millers.
