Rotherham United can confirm that midfielder Richie Smallwood has been recalled from Scunthorpe United, subject to EFL and FA clearance.The Millers midfielder had a clause in his loan triggered on Monday which will bring his season-long switch to the Iron to an early conclusion and he will rejoin the Rotherham United squad this week.
Smallwood made 19 appearances during his time at Glanford Park, scoring one goal in the process following his August switch.
